TwoTongue was an inmate in the Doublemax section of the slam known as Butcher Bay. He can be found on a bench in the fourth (and the last) quadrant of the Recreation Area. He is a drug addict and seller of drugs. When Riddick finds his injector, defeats Baasim and gives him one of the moths flying around the prison, he will sell Riddick some smokes, poison or G-smack (drugs).
