Hoxie's Personal Guards were stationed in the hidden areas in the wall in Hoxie's office. They have two miniguns and a rocket-launcher built into their hands. They have a cloaking ability.
Hoxie released two guards when Richard B. Riddick and William J. Johns crashed their ship into his office, and threatened him. Riddick killed them both with a minigun from the ship and used one of the guards wrist rocket launchers, to blast Hoxie's panicroom.
