Hoxie is the primary antagonist of The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay. He is the warden of Butcher Bay Correctional Facility.

Little is known about Hoxie's past, though the medals on his suit could indicate that he could be of a military, police, or statesman background. He and Johns have some history together – discussing the payment for bringing in Riddick, Hoxie says how "he about covers what Johns owned him."
Clash With Riddick And Death[]
Initially, Hoxie took much pride in acquiring Riddick into prison but soon realized he could be more trouble than he was worth. After Riddick wreaks havoc at Butcher Bay, Hoxie sends him to the cryo-sleep triple-max unit. Eventually, Riddick escaped and got to Hoxie's prison office. There he killed Hoxie by dressing him in his clothes, fooling the backup guards who mistook Hoxie for Riddick and shot him dead.
