Low was a prisoner in Butcher Bay Correctional Facility Single-Max area. He was a member of Rust's Aquila gang. He wore an orange shirt that was custom made to look like a football shirt: Team name Aquila, number 8, and his nickname.

When Riddick entered their territory, every member of the gang attacked him. Low was smart though, he used explosives made from a toxic chemical, to try and stop Riddick. In the end Low was the only man standing between Riddick and Rust, and he took out his shiv. Low was then killed by Riddick.
