Gale Revas is the main antagonist of The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena.
History[]
Early Life[]
Revas' life was hard from the very beginning, growing up in the slums of Sol Lucia. From this experience, she developed a lot of anger and rage. Perhaps undoubtedly she grew up to become a menace to society, and a convict.
Life as a Criminal[]
During this time she met Riddick, and the two developed a mutual respect, which turned to hatred at some point. She also met the mercenary William J. Johns during the war on Sol Lucia, then a squad leader. Eventually, she was caught by Spinner during the conflict, but for the first time in his career, Spinner spared a convict. The reasons for this were unknown to everyone but the two of them. Following capture, Revas became a merc aboard the Locust, and a very successful one at that.
The Mercenary Years[]
Revas quickly became famous for her ruthlessness and effectiveness, but when Captain Senate rebuffed her idea to turn entire planets into armies of Ghost Drones, this culminated into a mutiny and Revas became the new captain of the soon to be renamed Dark Athena.
As Captain[]
In a short amount of time, Revas transformed the ship into something of legend. Rumors of a ghost ship that left no survivors became rampant. Revas used both her ruthlessness and her sexuality to keep the crew in check, offering her subordinates to have sex with her if they please her. During this time, she kept a stable of both men and women that she would use for her own pleasure. Anyone disloyal would either be sent to the Dentist or turned into a Drone, both terrible fates. When she was around the age of 40-45, she captured a ship that proved to be too much for her. After Apprehending Johns, now a fugitive from Butcher Bay, Revas eventually discovered her old acquaintance Riddick was the one causing havoc throughout her ship. She eventually confronted Riddick on an escape ship, and engaged him in combat. Riddick proved too much for her and she was stabbed through the neck by her own hairpin. Revas survived the fight, and shot down Riddick's escape pod with a missile. Riddick survived the crash, however, and even though she donned a combat suit that was immune to even his recently acquired SCAR Gun, Riddick managed to blast Revas with five simultaneous explosive charges and knock her down an elevator shaft to her death.

- She is named Gale Revas in-game, but under credits her name is Gail Revas.
- When Riddick catches Revas before her fall down the elevator shaft, he said it doesn't have to be this way. However, Revas said it doesn't matter anymore and told him not to forget her. It implied that she still held some affection and respect for him despite all they have been through.
