Adenoid was a security officer within the shower areas of Butcher Bay Correctional Facility. His orders were to guard the supply room which contained large quantities of ammunition, some Cigarettes and a suit of light guard armor uniform.

- Riddick can sneak within the room, via air vent and would exit the supply room bearing the light armor uniform, cigarettes and ammo.
- Killing Adenoid is optional.
